Affiliate Promo Tips

Your most powerful tool as a Mom Masterminds Affiliate is your personal testimony about how your business has grown and improved during your time as a member.  Just look for opportunities to share what you've learned and how it has increased your income or save you time and effort.  It's really easy!

You'll notice that we don't really provide any pre-written text for you to use to promote Mom Masterminds. That's because we want to maintain the integrity of a Mom Masterminds membership and make sure that our affiliates are making personal recommendations based on their own experiences. Besides, personal recommendations will ALWAYS go much further than an ad any day.

Here's Some Places You Can Include your Affiliate Link:

  • In your signature line on the business forums that you frequent. Please check the forum rules to ensure this is allowed first and if it is, start crafting your signature line. Try making your signature line personal and talk about how Mom Masterminds is helping you grow your business. You could say things like (and these are just suggestions to get the ideas flowing...you can share your own perspective in your signature line):

Here's how I finally got the confidence to start taking action in my business.

I increased my Adsense income by $XXXX this month by following the advice at MomMasterminds.com

Here's my favorite place to learn about online business and connect with other serious-minded business moms.

  • On your blog. As you probably know, blogs are great relationship builders. You don't have to do a heavy pitch for Mom Masterminds, but you can create a business journal that outlines your progress and some of things you were able to do as a result of your membership at Mom Masterminds.

  • On your website bio page. If you have a website that isn't necessarily business-related, you might include a mention of Mom Masterminds on your bio page and explain how it's helped you build your online business.

  • On business related websites that you own. If you sell soap, there's no need to post a bunch of Mom Masterminds graphics all over your website. Your target market is soap buyers and not work at home moms. However, if you have a website that shares business resources and tips, this is a great opportunity to promote Mom Masterminds.

You can write articles and reference Mom Masterminds when there's a specific resource at Mom Masterminds, they might find helpful. For example, if you're writing an article on creating information products, you can mention that there is a course at Mom Masterminds on the topic. Or if you're writing about procrastination and online business (you know, when people are worried to start taking action in their business), you can talk about how Mom Masterminds helped you gain the confidence. You can talk about the great sense of community there and all the "how to" resources included in the membership.

The possibilities are endless. Just don't be shy about pointing your readers to a great resource when it can help them.

  • In your business-related newsletter or autoresponder. Email is a great way to get people to act and sign up for a membership. If you talk about business in your newsletter, you can casually mention Mom Masterminds and the different things that are going on there and how your business is developing. The casual mentions will get your subscribers thinking about Mom Masterminds. But don't forget to really sell the membership once in a while. You can do solo mailings that tell people about the free 7-day trial, the free 9-day course or even all the success stories (you can grab all these links with the instructions here). Or you can talk about the resources included in the membership.

If you have a pre-written autoresponder series, go back and add a few promotions here and there for Mom Masterminds...and then your promotion is on auto-pilot.
